- The referral must come from a genuine past guest. If the name and email provided aren’t recognised in our booking system, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and any associated discounts or rewards.
- Only one referral reward can be used per stay. This means if you refer multiple friends, the rewards must be used across separate stays. For example, if you refer two friends, you’ll receive a £30 voucher for each stay — not £60 off a single stay.
