First up we are delighted to announce the introduction of our brand-new Zanolli Augusto pizza oven in Cat’s Kitchen. The oven is designed to cook pizzas to perfection, ensuring a crust and perfectly melted cheese, giving you a traditional Italian pizza experience in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

“We’re thrilled to have this new pizza oven in Cat’s Kitchen,” says Oliver, the owner of Catgill Farm. “We’re always looking for ways to improve our offerings and provide our visitors with a unique experience. Pizza is a favourite food for many people, and we’re excited to be able to offer it freshly made right here on the campsite.”

The pizza oven will be used to make a range of delicious pizzas, including classic Margherita, pepperoni, vegetarian and vegan options as well as gluten-free. Visitors can enjoy their pizzas in the beautiful surroundings of Catgill Farm, with outdoor seating available overlooking the rolling hills and fields.

Dog-friendly glamping

You asked we listened … We’ve made 3 of our luxury glamping pods dog-friendly!!

We know that many of our guests love to bring their furry friends along on their adventures and we wanted to make sure that they could enjoy a comfortable stay with us as well. With miles of popular footpaths right on our doorstep, we are the perfect destination for dog walking. If relaxing is more your vibe you will be pleased to know that each pod has its own private patio and section of grass, so your dog can enjoy the fresh air right alongside you.

At Catgill Farm, we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales, and we’re thrilled to be able to offer these new dog-friendly glamping pods as an option for our guests. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our little slice of paradise!

Alpaca arrivals

Finally, we are thrilled to announce the arrival of two new baby alpacas at our campsite, Jack and Douglas. These adorable little bundles of energy have been stealing the hearts of our team left and right, and we couldn’t be happier to have them as part of our family.

They arrived a month ago and are already thriving, spending their days exploring their paddock and getting to know their surroundings. We’ve been watching them closely, and it’s been amazing to see how quickly they are growing and developing.

Alpacas are known for their friendly and curious personalities, and these two are no exception, quickly making friends with our existing alpacas, Alfie and Daphne. While we would love to show them off to all our lovely visitors, they are still very young and need their peace and quiet, we do however have 3 lovely adult alpaca’s over at our sister site that guests can meet!
