How do I make sure I am pitched with my friends or family? Our electric pitches are allocated and if you book under one booking you will be automatically pitched next to each other. If you book separately please put a note on your booking and we will try our best to make sure you are pitched next to each other. For non electric bookings, we do not allocate pitches, so just turn up and find yourself a pitch. The family that arrives first can mark out a reasonable sized area for the other family.

Do you have electric hook up? We have electric hook up with a 10amp supply. Please bring a 15 metre cable with a male IP44 rated site socket plug.
Can I bring a bbq or fire pit? You can bring your own bbq or fire pit as long as it is raised off the ground and does not burn the grass. Disposable bbq's should be on a stand which you can borrow from reception with a £10 deposit. No open fires are allowed. Please note if you burn the grass, you will be charged £20 for its repair.
Can I hire a fire pit from you? You can hire one of our fire baskets from reception and it comes with logs and kindling. You can't pre-book these, but you can get one on arrival.
Can I charge my phone? The toilet and shower block has plug sockets or we can charge your phone at reception.
What time can I arrive and depart? Check in for electric hook up pitches is from 12pm and check out is 11:00am. For non-electric pitches you can arrive and depart at any time up until 9pm.
